New and Improved: Beer Braised Corn Beef Hash

This year we’re brining and curing our nitrate-free corned beef hash. We start with fresh beef brisket and then soak it in a magical beet, wheat, salt and spice mixture for 10 days! Wait…there’s more! This deliciousness is then slow-cooked in spices and beer, and then tossed with sautéed fresh veggies and our famous hash browns. Served with 2 eggs and toast.
