Host
An outgoing individual with big smiles who greets and seats guests, helps clear tables, and provides general customer assistance as needed. Must have open availability for scheduling purposes.
Server
An outgoing person comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You have a minimum of one years experience. Must have open availability for scheduling purposes. Hours typically run 5:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Cook
A detail-oriented person who prepares dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must have open availability for scheduling purposes. Hours typically run
5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Front Counter Staff
1. Assists guests at register who are ready to check out, handles money, and operates POS computer system.
2. Makes alcoholic & espresso drinks. 3. Assists hosts as needed.
4. Serves guests purchasing cinnamon rolls for takeout.
5. Must be able to work any day – including Saturdays and Sundays. Typical shift runs 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
Baker
Must be able to work graveyard shift. At least 2 years’ baking experience required. Must be self sufficient, well organized, able to lift 60 pounds, and work all weekends and holidays.
Hours typically 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
Busser
Applicant must be organized, pleasant to guests, and able to lift 60 pounds. Duties include: clearing and cleaning tables, cleaning, emptying bus tubs, restocking service stations, and general customer assistance. Typical shifts run 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Dishwasher
Applicant must be able to lift 60 pounds, be organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Duties include cleaning and putting away dishes, and keeping the kitchen clean in general.
